The Nexter Spark Inner Circle is an eight week facilitated conversation cohort for those who want to go deeper. It brings together a small group of people who are ready for sustained, meaningful dialogue and shared inquiry over time.
Each cohort runs with a defined start date and a carefully held structure designed for depth, continuity, and psychological safety.
