About Nexter Spark

This began with a simple observation.

Most people are quietly hungry for something more real than what the world is currently offering them. Not because anything is wrong with them. But because genuine conversation, the kind that actually goes somewhere, has become genuinely rare.

Nexter Spark exists to change that. To create spaces where curious people can think out loud together, be surprised by one another, and leave feeling more alive than when they arrived.

Moving beyond labels

Nexter Spark is not organised around generational categories or fixed identities. Labels can be useful shorthand but they often miss what matters most, how people actually think, learn and engage with the world.

This is a space for people to meet one another beyond labels, in conversation that values difference, lived experience and the freedom to think without being reduced to a category.

The vision

Something is off, and we are all feeling it.

We’re more connected than ever. And more isolated than ever. Both things are true at the same time.

The algorithm gave us access to each other across distance, identity, circumstance. It also taught us to relate like metrics: to optimize, perform, curate. To scroll past complexity. To mistake visibility for connection.

It’s not just in our devices anymore. It’s in our relationships. In how we see each other. In how we see ourselves.

Trust is eroding. Meaningful connection feels harder to find. The ability to sit with complexity, to hold multiple truths at once, to actually listen is disappearing. Not because we’ve forgotten how, but because we have nowhere left to practice. The containers for real conversation are hard to find and very rare and precious.

What if we could live between categories instead of being forced into them? Look inward, outward and forward at the same time. Hold multiple perspectives without needing to resolve them immediately. Resist the easy answer. This isn’t about rejecting technology; it’s about reclaiming how we think and relate. Our world is too complex for certainty and too important for silence.

When people think out loud together with care, clarity and respect, something shifts. Not just in the room, but in the people who leave it and in the world they carry that experience back into.

And now we’re standing at another threshold.

Artificial intelligence is already here, already reshaping how we work, create, and understand what it means to be human. Some of us are excited. Some are concerned. Most of us are both. But we’re not talking to each other well enough to shape what’s coming. We’re watching the future arrive without the conversations we need to meet it with intention, with nuance, with collective wisdom. The question isn’t whether it’s coming. The question is whether we’ll face it together or alone.

The vision is not small. It is to change the quality of human conversation. One room at a time. One session at a time. One moment of genuine connection at a time.

When people can think out loud together with care, clarity and respect, something shifts. Not just in the room, but in the people who leave it and in the world they carry that experience back into.

Nexter Spark is the beginning of that. And it starts with one conversation.

The founder

Tamalee Andersen

34 years in healthcare as a nurse, educator, consultant and change facilitator

Thirty four years in healthcare gave me a front row seat to the full range of what human beings are capable of, and what gets in the way.

The work spanned bedside nursing, quality improvement projects that transformed how clinical teams operate and how patients stay safe, training healthcare professionals, and consulting with organizations navigating complex change. During a global pandemic, in an infection control advisory role, the collapse became visible: what happens to human connection, to trust, and to community when fear takes hold and the channels of honest conversation disappear.

Through all of it, one thread ran clear. When people can think out loud together honestly, without performance or defensiveness or the pressure to have the right answer, something becomes possible that simply cannot happen any other way. Problems get solved. Trust gets built. People leave changed. And when that space does not exist, the cost shows up everywhere.

Showing up authentically is one of the most courageous things a human being can do. It becomes possible when the space around you is genuinely safe enough to hold it.

I saw this most clearly sitting with people at the end of their lives. The performing stopped. The appeasing stopped. The careful management of how they appeared to others simply fell away. What emerged was something so honest it changed every room it entered.

Those people were not broken. They were finally, completely themselves. And it made me ask a question I have never stopped asking: Why do we wait so long?

Nexter Spark is my answer to that question. Built from decades of watching what genuine human connection does to people when you give it the right conditions. I built this room deliberately. Come and see what happens when you step into it.

Moving Beyond Labels

Nexter Spark isn’t organized around generational categories or fixed identities. Labels can be useful shorthand, but they often miss what matters most
about how people think, learn, and engage with change.

Curiosity isn’t tied to age. Insight doesn’t belong to a single life stage. Some people carry wisdom shaped
by decades of experience; others bring clarity forged through early challenge or transformation. What matters here is not where someone fits, but how they show up.

Nexter Spark creates space for people to meet one another beyond labels, in conversation that values difference, lived experience, and the freedom to think
without being reduced to a category.

The Nexter Spark Vision

Nexter Spark is grounded in the belief that thoughtful people often live between categories rather than neatly inside them. They look inward, outward, and forward at the same time, holding multiple perspectives without rushing to resolution.

This space is designed for people who value curiosity, adaptability, and
the ability to stay in conversation across difference. Rather than seeking certainty or consensus, Nexter Spark supports dialogue at the edges,
where ideas meet, understanding deepens, and something more
nuanced can emerge.

The vision is simple: to create spaces where people can think together
with care, clarity, and respect in a world that too often rewards speed
over understanding.

Founder

Nexter Spark was founded by Tamalee Andersen, a healthcare professional and systems thinker whose career has spanned clinical work and leadership roles. Over decades of practice, her work has often involved listening closely
to how people navigate change, uncertainty, and belonging within complex systems.

The inspiration for Nexter Spark grew from repeated observation of quiet loneliness and fragmented connection,
even in moments where collaboration, understanding, and shared meaning were most needed.
