Conversation Club

Join a Conversation Club event.

The meetings are kept small and gathered over Zoom for ninety minutes of real conversation. Each session takes on one curated topic, chosen to move the room somewhere it could not go on its own. Sessions happen twice a month. Come to one, come to all, come when the topic calls you. Conversation Club is free, and signing up is how we keep the room small enough to matter. Expect to leave a little inspired, or changed in some way, and nourished by the conversation. That is the point.

No expertise required. Just curiosity, and a willingness to let yourself be moved.

So what actually happens?

You arrive on Zoom and find a small group, gathered for close conversation. Most people in the room do not know each other particularly well. That is exactly right. There is something about a room of near-strangers that lets you say things you would not say to people who think they already know you.

The facilitator opens with the theme and a question worth sitting with. From there, the room moves through a designed sequence of conversation. Each step opens something the last one could not. Some people may speak often. Some listen and offer one thing at exactly the right moment. Both shape the room equally.

There are no wrong answers. No pressure to perform or persuade. Nobody is trying to win. You are here to think out loud, in good company, and let the conversation take you somewhere you could not have arrived at alone.

Ninety minutes later something will have shifted. It always does.
